1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Real Battle, including our website, applications, tournament services, gaming features, account services, and related platform functionality.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, registering for a tournament, or otherwise using Real Battle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Real Battle or participate in tournaments through the platform.
Tournament-specific rules, event instructions, prize information, and other requirements may apply in addition to these Terms. Where applicable, those rules form part of your agreement for that tournament.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
- You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements applicable to Real Battle and the tournament you wish to join.
- Certain tournaments may have additional age, location, identity, game-version, device, or other eligibility requirements.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful in your location.
- We may require age or identity verification where reasonably necessary for account security, tournament eligibility, payments, prizes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- If you do not meet the eligibility requirements for a particular tournament, you must not register or participate in that tournament.
3. Account Registration & Security
Account Information
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating or maintaining your Real Battle account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information current.
- You must not create an account using another person's identity or information.
Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials.
- You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or suspicious account activity.
- You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your Real Battle account to another person unless expressly permitted by Real Battle.
Multiple Accounts
- Real Battle may restrict or prohibit multiple accounts where multiple-account activity could compromise tournament integrity, promotions, rewards, or security.
- Accounts created to evade restrictions, bans, limits, or other platform controls may be suspended or terminated.
4. Real Battle Platform & Services
Real Battle provides online gaming and tournament-related services that may allow users to discover, register for, participate in, manage, and review gaming competitions.
Available features may include player profiles, tournament registration, match information, result submission, proof submission, rankings, leaderboards, notifications, support services, payment-related functionality, and organizer tools.
Features may vary by tournament, game, region, account type, platform version, or other operational requirements.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, technical reasons, or changes to our services.
5. Free Fire & Game Account Rules
Game Account Information
- When required for tournament participation, you must provide accurate game information such as your Free Fire UID, in-game name, player information, or other tournament-required details.
- The game account used to participate in a tournament must correspond to the account information registered for that tournament.
- You must not knowingly submit another player's game account information or use another person's game account to gain an unfair advantage.
Free Fire Credentials
- Real Battle does not require you to provide your Free Fire account password or other confidential game-login credentials for ordinary tournament registration.
- You should never disclose your Free Fire password, authentication codes, or other sensitive login credentials to another player, organizer, or person claiming to represent Real Battle unless specifically required through an official and verified process.
Publisher Rules
- Your use of Free Fire remains subject to the applicable terms, policies, rules, and requirements of the game's publisher.
- Where applicable, tournament participants must comply with both Real Battle rules and the relevant game publisher's rules.
- A violation of applicable game rules may also result in action under Real Battle's tournament rules.
No Publisher Affiliation
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, Real Battle is an independent tournament platform and is not the publisher or owner of Free Fire.
- Free Fire and related game names, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
6. Tournament Participation
Tournament Registration
- You must provide all information required to register for a tournament.
- Registration does not guarantee participation if you fail to satisfy eligibility, payment, verification, check-in, or other tournament requirements.
- Tournament-specific requirements may be displayed on the tournament page and must be followed.
Participation
- You must participate using the account, game account, team, and other information associated with your registration.
- You are responsible for joining the correct tournament, match, room, lobby, or session at the specified time.
- Failure to check in or join within the applicable time period may result in disqualification or loss of participation.
Tournament-Specific Rules
- Individual tournaments may have additional rules concerning format, scoring, maps, game modes, room settings, player limits, check-in, match timing, evidence, and prizes.
- Tournament-specific rules displayed by Real Battle or the applicable organizer must be followed in addition to these Terms.
7. Tournament Rules & Match Procedures
- Players must follow the tournament format, match schedule, room instructions, scoring system, and other event-specific requirements.
- Players must use the correct game mode, room, lobby, or match configuration specified for the tournament.
- Players must not intentionally delay, disrupt, manipulate, or interfere with tournament matches.
- Players must follow instructions provided by authorized tournament administrators or organizers.
- Tournament rules may specify different procedures for solo, duo, squad, custom-room, battle royale, clash squad, or other game formats.
- Event-specific rules may override general tournament procedures where explicitly stated for that event.
8. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat
Prohibited Cheating
- You must not use hacks, cheats, unauthorized third-party software, scripts, modified game clients, exploits, or other tools intended to provide an unfair advantage.
- You must not modify, tamper with, reverse engineer, or interfere with the game client, game data, tournament systems, or platform systems in violation of applicable rules.
- You must not exploit bugs or unintended game mechanics to obtain an unfair competitive advantage.
Fair Competition
- Players must compete honestly and must not intentionally manipulate match results, scores, rankings, or tournament outcomes.
- Collusion, match fixing, win trading, deliberate loss, account sharing, impersonation, and other forms of competitive manipulation may result in penalties.
- Players must not coordinate with opponents or other participants in a manner that compromises fair competition.
Enforcement
- Real Battle may review available evidence when investigating suspected cheating, fraud, manipulation, or other violations.
- Violations may result in match penalties, disqualification, reward cancellation, suspension, account termination, or other appropriate action.
9. Match Results, Proof & Disputes
Match Proof
- Players may be required to submit screenshots, recordings, match results, UID information, or other evidence requested for tournament verification.
- Submitted evidence must be genuine, relevant, and not intentionally altered or misleading.
- Failure to submit required proof within the specified time may affect eligibility for result verification or prizes.
Disputes
- Players should report suspected rule violations or match issues through the designated Real Battle support or tournament channels.
- Disputes should be raised within the time period specified for the relevant tournament.
- Players should provide sufficient evidence to support a dispute.
Administrative Decisions
- Tournament administrators may review available evidence and apply the rules applicable to the event.
- Administrative decisions may include score adjustments, match reversals, disqualification, penalties, or other corrective actions.
- The applicable tournament rules may specify whether and how an administrative decision can be appealed.
10. Prizes, Rewards & Winnings
Prize Information
- Prize details, eligibility, distribution method, and applicable conditions may be specified on the relevant tournament page.
- Only participants who satisfy the tournament rules and verification requirements may be eligible for prizes.
- Real Battle may require additional information or verification before distributing certain prizes.
Prize Verification
- A prize may be withheld or delayed while eligibility, identity, match results, fraud, cheating, or other concerns are being reviewed.
- Participants must provide accurate information required for lawful prize distribution.
Prize Changes
- Where reasonably necessary, prize details may change because of tournament cancellation, technical issues, organizer decisions, unavailable rewards, legal restrictions, or other circumstances described in the applicable tournament rules.
11. Payments, Wallets & Transactions
Tournament Payments
- Where a tournament requires an entry fee or other payment, the applicable amount and payment conditions will be displayed before registration is completed.
- You are responsible for ensuring that payment information submitted by you is accurate and authorized.
- A successful payment does not override eligibility, tournament rules, or verification requirements.
Wallet & Balance
- If Real Battle provides wallet or balance functionality, different balance categories may have different usage, withdrawal, promotional, or refund conditions.
- You must not use the platform to conduct fraudulent, unauthorized, or deceptive financial activity.
- Real Battle may restrict transactions when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security issues, chargebacks, or policy violations.
Transaction Issues
- Payment failures, duplicate transactions, unauthorized transactions, or other transaction issues should be reported through the designated support channel.
- Additional verification may be required before processing certain withdrawals, refunds, or financial requests.
12. Refunds, Cancellations & Tournament Changes
- Refund eligibility depends on the applicable tournament rules, payment conditions, cancellation circumstances, and applicable law.
- A tournament may be postponed, rescheduled, cancelled, modified, or discontinued because of technical issues, insufficient participation, security concerns, organizer decisions, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Where a tournament is cancelled or materially changed, any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be handled according to the tournament's published rules and applicable law.
- No refund should be assumed solely because a participant changes their mind, fails to check in, misses a match, or is disqualified, unless the applicable rules provide otherwise.
- Fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive refund claims may result in account restrictions or other action.
13. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities
- Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software.
- Using another person's account, identity, UID, or payment information without authorization.
- Creating accounts to evade bans, restrictions, eligibility requirements, or platform controls.
- Manipulating tournament results, rankings, scores, prizes, or transactions.
- Fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or deceptive financial activity.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward players, organizers, administrators, or support staff.
- Submitting false, fabricated, altered, or misleading tournament evidence.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Real Battle accounts, systems, APIs, databases, or infrastructure.
- Interfering with the operation, availability, security, or integrity of the platform.
- Using Real Battle for unlawful activities or activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
14. User-Generated Content
Your Content
- You may submit screenshots, recordings, profile information, comments, messages, tournament evidence, or other content through Real Battle.
- You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights.
Platform Use
- By submitting content necessary for tournament operation, you grant Real Battle the permissions reasonably necessary to store, review, display, process, and use that content for platform operations, verification, moderation, security, dispute resolution, and tournament administration.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules.
15. Tournament Organizers & Administrators
Tournament Organizers
- Some tournaments may be created, managed, or administered by independent tournament organizers.
- Organizers may establish event-specific rules, schedules, prize information, match procedures, and participant requirements within the capabilities and policies of Real Battle.
- Participants should review the applicable tournament information before joining an event.
Organizer Responsibilities
- Organizers are responsible for following applicable Real Battle policies and the rules associated with their tournaments.
- Where applicable, organizers are responsible for providing accurate event information and responding to tournament-specific participant questions.
Platform Role
- Real Battle may provide the technical platform, tools, moderation systems, payment functionality, support, or administrative infrastructure used to operate tournaments.
- Real Battle may not be the organizer of every tournament listed on the platform.
16. Platform & Administrative Rights
- Real Battle may review tournament activity, account activity, submitted evidence, transactions, and other relevant information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, rule enforcement, or dispute resolution.
- Authorized administrators may modify tournament results, remove invalid registrations, disqualify participants, restrict accounts, or take other corrective action when supported by applicable rules or platform policies.
- Real Battle may temporarily restrict features or accounts while investigating suspected violations.
- Administrative actions may be based on available evidence and the applicable tournament or platform rules.
- We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities, payment providers, game publishers, or other authorized entities where legally required or reasonably necessary.
17. Account Suspension & Termination
Reasons for Action
- Real Battle may suspend or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, tournament rules, security requirements, or applicable law.
- Accounts may also be restricted where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, cheating, abuse, unauthorized access, or other harmful activity.
Effect of Termination
- Termination may prevent access to tournaments, account features, wallet functionality, rewards, or other platform services.
- Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
- Certain records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.
18. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
Real Battle and its original software, designs, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and other platform materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Real Battle's protected materials.
Free Fire, Free Fire MAX, Garena, and other third-party game names, logos, characters, assets, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of third-party intellectual property.
19. Third-Party Services & Game Publishers
- Real Battle may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as authentication providers, payment providers, analytics services, communication platforms, hosting providers, or gaming services.
- Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and operational requirements.
- Your use of Free Fire and other games remains subject to the applicable terms and policies of their respective publishers.
- Real Battle does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or policies imposed by those third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
- You must not represent yourself as an employee, agent, representative, or official partner of a game publisher or third-party service without authorization.
20. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Real Battle is provided on an as-available basis and we do not guarantee that the platform or every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
Tournament schedules, game services, network connections, third-party services, and other systems may experience interruptions or technical problems outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real Battle will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, network failures, game-server issues, or unauthorized actions of other users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Real Battle, violation of these Terms, violation of tournament rules, misuse of the platform, or infringement of another person's rights.
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, tournament systems, technology, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.
When changes are made, we may update the effective or last-updated date displayed on this page.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice for material changes.
Your continued use of Real Battle after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law
- These Terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing Real Battle and your use of the platform.
- Mandatory consumer, gaming, privacy, and other legal protections applicable to you will not be excluded by these Terms.
Disputes
- Where possible, users should first contact Real Battle support to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the parties may use the dispute-resolution process applicable under these Terms and applicable law.
- Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
